On 29th,Sept 2013, Organized by Shicheng government, and competition members from all mining equipment companies in the county, the fitter's skill competition was formally started. This competition including fitter's competition, lathe operator's competition, etc.

The match content of lathe operator: finish a pic of reciprocating lever of shaker table in 1 hours, then test the accuracy of processing; And the match content of fitter: finish the nuts of ball mill, require high speed and perfection.

The final results will be generated by The examiners' voting, and the winner will get generous reward.

---The purpose of this competition, to motivate the workers in Mining machinery field to take part in local government's group activities. In daily working day, take his working position as a cradle of growing for themselves.

In this time, there are 3 workers take part in it, 2 lathe operators, 1 fitter, who alreay working in this company for 5-6 years.

they are all hard working, and strick for quality. they provide the basis for company equipment quality.
